Ford has taken a lot of grief with chip shortages and long delivery times. I would like to add my perspective.
I first saw the Mach E when it was introduced at the auto show November 2019. I immediately reserved my First Edition December of that year. I didn’t take delivery until 14 months later. Yes, the wait was painful. There have been bumps in the road since taking delivery. Glass recalls and well over a year to get Blue Cruise. Although I’ve owned it over a year, every time I see that blue beauty gleaming in the sun, I still think WOW!!!
Well done Ford. Thank you!!!

Didn't have to wait for mine as I got lucky and I was able to get the dealership car but after owning for almost a year and 19K miles, still puts a smile on my face every day. Had it ceramic coated and it really pops

I agree. 14 months and 14K miles later and I still love this vehicle! Just got BlueCruise last week and since I live in the country I have only been able to try it once for a few minutes. I so enjoy driving this car and I'm still getting stopped and people admiring it (though not as often). Yes, well done Ford!

10 months behind the wheel of mine. Just had recall on glass completed, quickly and on point! I feel the same, and tell my wife all the time..."what a great looking ride", and "I love driving this". I love pulling into my garage, plugging it in and walking in house. No smells, no gas stations, it's just all good! @Ford Motor Company way to shake things up! ??

Ditto for us, again not without hiccups, GE glass/Pani recall, but glad to be part of history. To many Mustang GTs to note and although hated the Mustang name blasphemy, but absolutely earned it. Now please get the ICE Mustang interior materials at least as good as it's 4 door offsprings. Actually, you may want to look at Explorer Materials as well, Telluride and Palisade interior puts Explorers to shame.

Love this thread. Positive vibes. I don’t have my car yet, but I know It will be love at first sight. Puddle lights are my favorite feature so far.

? What is your poodle’s name? You have the gray one right?
I don’t currently have one. Cancer killed him a month and a half ago. He (and the ones before him) was black. Headed up to Washington state in a couple of weeks to see his breeder. She *might* let me adopt her biggest winning Grand Champion. ??

Rowdy on the day I picked up my GT-PE:

Ch. Howie. He was probably my breeder’s most famous dog:

Howie at 8 weeks. Went on to win his first dog show on his 6 month birthday and finished his AKC Championship on his 9 month birthday:
