What about just adding the "GT" after the stock emblem? Is there room to do that?
I held it up and it just seems way too busy. Mach E 4 X GT is kinda silly anyways for a name. I like how clean the Chinese GT looks.

Owners mentioned that the Mach E GT on CN version has a GT emblem on the front lower door, but US dont have that.

LOVE THIS!
Any thoughts on trying to duplicate the font and style to create a ā€œPEā€ or a ā€œGTPEā€ emblem for the Performance Editions out there. I started to create a rough lineart version of ā€œPEā€ in the font/style of the Mach E GT emblem, but I’m not a graphic artist, so it’s not that great.

I’d love to put one of these on the front fenders where the 5.0 would go on the ICE ā€˜stangs.

I was thinking of using my laser engraver to print ā€œPerformance Editionā€ into the badge, but it would be too small. I am toying with the idea of doing that on the rear emblem. ??

Size difference: ??

Heat gun is key. Warms and loosens the adhesive.
Yeah, I was planning on judiciously using the heat gun. I have a household project taking precedence since I have Sheetrock pulled down. Otherwise, I’d be all over these. LOL! ??

shall we include some floss in the future package?
It would be a nice detail but I don’t think it’s necessary. ?ā€ā™‚?

I would suggest fishing line rather than floss.

I used 20 lb test and it worked great.

Installed mine. I love how they look!

A few tips-
Fishing line worked great. Didn’t need to heat it up (80 degrees in FL today). Pull the fishing line back and forth as well as gently pulling away from the car. The more adhesive you leave on the car, the better. Easier to remove. Use fingers to pull the adhesive off slowly then goo gone at the very end. Clean everything with Alcohol wipes.

Position- I put them 5ā€ back from the door crease and 1ā€ above the metal bend. This was based on the pic from China. I used painters tape to line up and level, then put painters tape on 2 sides when it was in place (so I could line up and install the final adhesive only once).

Both can be possible at the same time!

Yeah, no clue why when I post pics from my iPhone they’re upside down sometimes. They’re always right side up in my photos…… until I post them.

No clue how to flip ā€˜em on the forum.
