Before 10/2 I had received 0 updates since lease in 11/24.

Same here purchased in December of 2024 and hadn't had one OTA.

The update on 10/2 seemed to be an update to make sure you get future updates. And then I pretty much got all the same ones you posted- door, audio system, camera.

I think some of these updates, like the audio system, were left over and should have been done at the dealer before sale as I understand it. Something about a Sirius XM error.

Anyway good to see them come through. And nice to see you don't have to go into a dealer for every update.

Of these, on my '24 GT, I've only gotten Priority Update - Driver Facing Camera, and a mobile tech had to install Priority Update - Vehicle Door. I haven't yet gotten any of the rest. Would love to get an Audio System update, but maybe the update you got was already included in the '24 model.
The audio system update was supposed to be done at the dealer before sale as I understand it from one of the reports on my 10,000 mile service

Here is the actual update notes it's a Sirius XM error they fixed.

I have 2022 model and my last successful update was in February 2025. After that I reviewed an update that failed with the text that Ford will push a new update as soon as possible, witch still is the only info on my update info site on my car info screen

I've been getting back to back updates almost every day to every 2 days at this point.
Of all the updates you've gotten so far, which ones have been the most useful/valuable to you?

These all appear to be housekeeping type updates similar to the ones you get on your laptop where you just let it update and shut down. Not to say that it didn't benefit people who had the issue fixed.

I'm waiting for an OTA update that says they've safely modified the charging curve and took 10 minutes off the 20% to 80% charge time.

I think the owners of 2021-2023 models probably saw some necessary OTA updates that made things better

I have a '21, and we definitely got some crucial updates early on. But nothing of any significance seems to have come out in over 3 years now. Some people like the incremental BlueCruise revisions, and a few other things, but really there's been nothing that I cared about. I suspect we may never get a meaningful software update again.

I have a job 1 '21, and there were some pretty significant changes in the first year or so. BlueCruise got turned on for Job 1s. Sync was updated to be faster with a larger main tile and smaller sub tiles (but lost continuous tire pressure display). The DC charging curve was improved, but I've only DC charged one time. A frunk open button was added to the screen. If I remember correctly, the drive mode was not originally tied to a driver profile.

I'd say the most useful update for me was adding nav notifications in the IPC for Apple and Google maps. I'm also happy with the 12V battery management improvements, even though those aren't obvious to most owners.

Ford has mainly worked out the software bugs for this hardware. Most OTAs were bringing older cars up to speed with factory-installed software on newer cars. 2024 owners shouldn't be upset that they're missing out on OTAs. Instead, they should be grateful that the previous models were thorough beta testers. I'm content with the car as-is now, and my only minor complaint is that the drive mode keeps switching to Engage. It would be nice to get one last OTA to fix that, and then be done.
