This is a guess, but I'd bet the issue is your chosen dealer hasn't accepted the order yet. Give them a call and chat with the sales manager or internet sales guy.Last week, August 30.
As far as I know, all updates to your order need to be done by the dealer. You can only change account info like address, phone etc...But if you didn't sign a form, submit drivers license etc...Ford will not accept the order. They are requiring all dealers have provide this to show Ford it's a real order and not for their personal stock. Seems to be an issue and why some dealers are so quick to get you to cancel your order.Hmm, ok. I will give them a call in the morning. Thanks.
A page that LOOKS like the Ford account login page still may be a phishing scheme. I would advise changing your password just to be safe.Hmm, never thought about phishing. I did click the link, on my computer and phone. It does take me to the Ford account login page. ?‍![]()
TBH Just look at the headers to see if is was phishing, what they going to do with your ford login? check in on your order to see when it is built and shipped to steal it? or take your ford points?Heard back from the dealership this morning. All is good with the order, she sent me the order summary as well. I'll change my Ford login password, just in case.
