They hid my CarPlay

I’m guessing that it was the iPhone update - since it has been a few weeks since lest OTA. Yesterday I realized that CarPlay was no longer in the Tray - and realized that it moved to the top of the screen my the Apps and Home buttons.

it goes away when CarPlay is active on the screen but come back if I choose another app from the tray.

I don’t know if I don’t like it or if I am just not used to it.

This happened a long while back with a Ford update. Has nothing to do with Apple update. Some like it and some don’t.
That same update changed to look of all the app buttons on the screen.

Nope. Hadn’t had an update for three weeks and the other icons are still the original, old ones. ?????

The CarPlay at the top icon and the new icons at top are from different updates. I had the CarPlay at the top icon since I bought my car in March. The other icons only changed when I got the 6.14 update.
