Third time Powertrain fault with Critical error fault

I get it. We have a premium 2021 Mac-E bought in April of 2021, so there are going to bugs/problems to work out, but I have reached my limit! For the third time in four years, the car through a powertrain fault accompanied by a critical fault. We have had nothing but issues. Dealership we bought it from and have been getting most of our service from didn’t listen to us after the last replacement/recall when we told them it wasn’t driving right. That was about a year ago. Now we have the critical fault again for the third time. Is there another recall out there? Do we have a lemon? Because I’m seriously tired of a car I can’t rely on. Has anybody else had this happen multiple times?

That’s just a weak link of this car. Have a 22 and mine is currently in the shop for that. There have been two upgraded parts for it, but I’m not sure if they are any more robust than the original.
