I’m wondering if anyone else may have experienced this or has a clue to what’s going on.
2023 CR1 with 5K miles. Randomly started hearing a noise that sounds like somewhere in the front end. It’s a sort of thudding noise, like plastic being hit by something repeatedly. This sound is only noticeable around 15-30 mph (no it’s not the pedestrian noise) and happens while accelerating AND decelerating. It’s decently loud and can be heard from outside the car as well. It’s been happening for or week or two now but haven’t had a chance to take it in.
Yesterday, the car finally noticed and lit up like a Christmas tree (video). The noise is now GONE, so something the car turned off “fixed” the problem. Anyone experience this or have any clue what’s going on? I plan on taking it into service when I return from a business trip next week
