Tie down holds in trunk

Could anyone share an image of how they've put these to use?
Third-party cargo net? Etc.
I didn't see any options on Ford's accessory page and thought at first my purchase was supposed to include something (for example the dealership forgot the cargo cover until I mentioned it a few days later).

I use them as needed with a Bolin knot and paracord so that's not going to be much use to you. I didn't receive any sort of cargo net or similar item. Just the deck cover thing you mentioned.
