I own 2021 Mach-E GT, with around 30,000 miles on it. A couple of months ago, I had Ford dealership replace one of the tire pressure sensors. It wasn't cheap. Now the Tire Pressure Sensor Fault is intermittently showing up again. Anyone else had issues with the tire pressure sensors? I'm not sure if it's the same tire sensor that failed before, but if it is, it certainly should be a warranty item.

This may be a little unrelated, but here's my (kind of long) tire pressure sensor story... A little over a year ago I had my annual eye exam. On my way home, the left rear tire sensor indicated a fault. My 3 year warranty was within days of expiring so I got the car to the dealer & they replaced the sensor. This year I again went for my annual eye exam &, again, I experienced a tire pressure sensor fault right after that - the same left rear tire! About a week later, I scheduled a tire rotation. I mentioned the sensor issue to them but, by that time, the fault warning had cleared & was no longer coming up. They tested the sensors & said all were in good working order. Then they mentioned that electronic interference can cause this problem. That is when it occurred to me. For both eye doctor visits, I had stopped at a Kwik Trip gas station that was nearby. In the past, I had learned that the key fob for my F-150 wouldn't work at a certain Kwik Trip which caused issues getting in & starting the vehicle (according to my dealer, it sounded like it's some sort of wifi signal Kwik Trip uses). I have concluded that Kwik Trip was the cause of my faulty sensor alerts. On the latest incident, it took about a week for the fault to stop popping up on the dash. I'm not sure how one would actually determine if there is electronic interference - but you may be stopping at a certain location that triggers it - if you don't go there every day, that could be why it's intermittent. My dealer tested all 4 sensors during the tire rotation at no additional charge & we concluded there was no reason to replace any of them.
