Of course. BTW I carefully followed the cutout template on the instructions. The plastic cutout is asymmetric to allow for the swing-down electric connection. HOWEVER, I strongly suggest your installer NOT cut corners... they should leave the edge below the cutout intact because that edge ties into the bottom shield of the car with screws and makes things silver... see this attached pic or two or three... also attached is the wiring harness floor port pic.

This is the street-level look.

Separately and months later, I chose to add a 1 ton shackle to the single secondary safery cable / chain hole. I added this shackle for ease of attaching North American safety chains and also to have a visible easy tow point for rear towing, should the need arise.

This 1 ton shackle is not yet mounted (it has been for fitting) because it is getting powder-coating in racer red, as we speak.

I’m interested to know if anyone’s managed to find/make a cover for the hole that’s now cut in the bumper ? Can’t help thinking it’s now going to collect plenty of road dirt and water in the under tray

I kept my cutout... still thinking about how to do that without creating other issues like reliable retaining of the cover, and making access difficult.

A fellow member here, Scoopman in California, is on a path to create a bumper cutout cover for his, slightly different, aftermarket Stealth Hitch. He has a thread on this.
