Tripometer gives incorrect stats

So, I have had this car for a couple months, and it looks like something in the car's trip calculator is broken for "How is my driving." For individual trips, it looks fine, but the Trip 1 and Trip 2 will constantly approach 0% for my driving statistics. I reset Trip 1 and drove to and from work. Here are the two individual trips and the total:

As you can see, the "How is my driving" measurements do not add up at all, and the longer I go without resetting it, they will all eventually become zeros. My spreadsheet math produced this:

So for the first 4 columns, all is within some rounding parameters. The last three are obviously doing some strange math when compiling data. I did searches here and found some discussion about the data being bogus in the app (now it is gone), but have people had this issue in-car, and has anyone resolved the issue? I tried resetting my driving history, as well as resetting sync, both to no avail. This is obviously not hurting my ability to drive, but I like data and I would like to know some long term trends, especially with winter coming up.

What do you mean by “not adding up”? The “how’s my driving” scores are individual scores out of 100%. They start at 100% after a reset, but get lower the faster and more aggressively you drive the car. If they are going all the way down to 0%, then you’re driving the car very aggressively. The scores include all data since the trip meter was last reset.

They start at 100% after a reset, but get lower the faster and more aggressively you drive the car. If they are going all the way down to 0%, then you’re driving the car very aggressively. The scores include all data since the trip meter was last reset.

Look at the two trips and the totals. In neither trip does deceleration dip below 94%, yet my total shows my deceleration as 57%. These are the only two individual trips I made since Trip 1 was reset, thus the mileage of the two trips adds up to Trip 1.

Ah, so I think what you're saying is you expect Trip 1 driving scores to be an average of the two trips to/from work that comprise it. And the scores you actually observe are much lower than the average.

Was the car remote started, charged, or had a departure time between the two trips? Otherwise yes that could be a bug.

None of the above. There was a scheduled departure time in-between the two, but only if I was plugged in, and I was not. Also, when I got in the car to start the second trip, after hours of idling, the trip 1 still matched the first "your trip." Which from a programming perspective, makes it even more strange. I am a programmer BTW, so I try to think of these things algorithmically.

Thanks for this. I used to work in presenting complex data to non-technical audiences and these three screns (This Trip, Trip 1 and Trip 2) make me CRAZY !!

Here's how I use them:
This trip - self explanatory
Trip 1: I reset after every charge session
Trip 2: I reset on the 1st of each month...for reasons.

For this trip: unless I'm leaning into the throttle in Unbridle and really enjoying the MME performance features...my this trip horizontal meters ("how's my driving") are almost always green and usually extend all the way to the right.

Over time (and therefore, when moving into views of Trip 1 and Trip 2), I'd expect those three green lines to look similar.

They don't.

So I'm not sure what I can learn from them

And, the data nerd in me can't look at the horizontal "where did my energy go" chart and not scream: Display the fields in order from largest to smallest!
