Turn off motion sensor?

One of the recent update release notes said something about the ability to turn off the interior motion sensor so you can leave another person in the car when you need to jump out. Says there’s either a “setting in settings” or a pop up will appear on the screen. I cannot find any setting in settings for this nor does any message pop up. Am I missing something? I leave someone in the car and invariably when I return the horn is honking and the alarm going off lol.

Sync Settings > Vehicle > Alarm System
Ask on exit (if off, it does not prompt).
Motion sensors (on/off)

Ahh, ok, got it thank you. I looked through the settings but didn’t think to look inside the alarm settings. Makes sense I guess.

You need 6.2.0 installed before it will disable. If you leave people in the vehicle you can use the prompt. On a ferry is a different setting. For more into read this:

Setting the Alarm Security Level
Access the vehicle drawer on the touchscreen.

1. Press SETTINGS.
2. Press Vehicle.
3. Press Alarm System.
4. Press Motion sensors.
5. Press a setting.

Found it by doing a search of the pdf for the word "motion".
