On the top bar far right you should see your profile picture. Tap on it and your profile screen will open.
Your vehicle has inside motion sensors. When active, anyone or anything in the vehicle will set off the alarm. There is a menu setting that gives you a prompt to turn them off when exiting the vehicle. Some 2021 models would turn the sensors off but they were still active.
In the Apps screen there is a Feedback feature that allows you to record a message and share with Ford. Use it for suggestions, complaints, etc....
I still don't understand the motion sensors. Since I've had the car, it always asks me when exiting if I want to turn them off/on. Never turned it on. I still don't see anything looking different on the screen other than the microphone icon. Don't see a "smaller top bar." Don't notice any icons that have moved. Don't see a "dedicated" profile button. When I click my profile icon, it just says Profile with an on/off toggle.
What am I not seeing?

In some vehicles turning off the motion sensors does not work. If a person or a pet or a very large moth were in the vehicle after you exit and lock the vehicle, the alarm would go off. This OTA supposedly fixes that.
If you have your profile icon on the top right you already have the smaller top bar. When you select that icon a profile screen opens. It should show your icon picture, a guest and add button and a personal profile on/off toggle switch. Under your profile picture should be your name. Next to your name is a pencil icon. If you click on that pencil an edit profile screen opens.

If you never use it, why do you still have the car ask you every time? That’s always the first thing I disable after an update.

Has anyone else lost the Where Did My Energy Go app? After getting 6.2 and 6.2.1 it seems like it is no longer an option on my home app screen. However, since the record button was moved to the Home app, I've recorded a message asking where did the Energy app go?

I can confirm this was not fixed.
My pooch still sets off the alarm even though I turn it off before exiting the vehicle. Will wait to see if 6.8 makes any difference to really have this work properly.

Right now I'm back to taping over the three sensors to disable this annoying feature

Very slightly off topic but anyone noticed that there's no flashing red led or similar in the car to indicate that the alarm is armed? I know it's not much of a deterrent to theives but at least you know it's armed.
