It does make a sound when it blinks, and a warning pops up on the screen if you've been driving with it on for a while.

Turn the radio down or your hearing aid up.

It's super low volume.
I drive in silence and barely hear it.

Dido. Volume is pretty anemic and would be good to bump it a bit. I'm always getting asked if I have my signal on by my teenagers learning to drive..... I always do but even their young ears can't hear it.

My first car was a 68 Mustang and I changed out the blinker clicker sound so it played Heart Break Hotel.

I also drive in silence. But sometimes the silence is too loud, and the darkness is too bright!
