Check to make sure your headlight switch has not changed to "on". It is a known bug and maybe that is what you are noticing. It happens to me once every month or two. So not too frequently, but enough to be annoying.
I just checked this. Of course the bells aren't dinging now. But when I start the car, it always switches to auto headlights no matter how it was previously set.

Maybe seatbelt not fastened when turning on car?
No, that's a different sound, and it doesn't come on until you've been driving a bit. These bells sound right after starting up.

It might be the predictive destination feature. Is this only happening when you leave from home in the morning, or when you leave work later in the day?

It should pop up with the navigation destination suggestion on screen, but since SYNC takes a year and a half to boot/reboot/settle/putz-around, you are hearing it but not seeing it.

You can turn off the predictive destination thing in your settings. I forget the precise terminology. I think "myTrends"?
I rarely use the built-in nav, so I don't think so.

There is a bug that causes it to randomly switch to "on" instead. But this does not appear to be your issue.

yes, this is on purpose. From page 105 of the "Job 2" version of the primary owner's manual:

Turning off the predictive destination setting appears to have done the trick - I no longer hear the bells! Not sure why it all of a sudden started doing this after owning the car for 6 months.
