Un reported faults

Hi everyone, forgive me if im in the wrong category only im a newbie here and only had my MME for 3 months. Its a 23 ER AWD and ive had a couple of faults happen that were not recorded in the car. First one was about 2 weeks after picking it up, i tried a 3 point turn but car only went forward, no reverse. After several attempts at trying i gave up, got out, kicked the tyre, then tried to look casual and got back in,started car and it reversed, no warning signs so thought no more about it, about a month later i got a warning sign. Drivetrain fault, again nothing seemed wrong so i kept driving, then last week i parked up, when trying to pull away it was like the handbrake had stuck on, rear wheels were not moving. Again i shut car off and re started, fine. Everything working but no record of fault. Have taken it ti Ford, but because nothing registered they cant do anything. Anyone else had similar ???

Unfortunately, transient errors happen. I haven't experienced this but when a minor error happens the car doesn't log a Diagnostic Test Code (DTC). I'd be more concerned about the 12V battery possibly entering its end of life stage. A weak 12V battery can cause all sorts of oddball errors that just won't show up. Generally, the MME's 12V battery will last between 3 and 5 years before being kaput. If your MME was an early 2023 produced in 2022, the 12V battery could be as old as 3-1/2 years old. I would suggest that you have the battery tested.

Thankyou, i shall, although i had it tested over a month ago and it was fine, im thinking i should change it after seeing people mention 3 years, my mach e is a late 22 registered in 23 so battery must be 3 now
