Unable to Turn off Plug and Charge

I activated Plug and Charge to use up the 250kWh included with EA. As far as I can tell, you still can't get the reduced EA pass+ rate with Plug and Charge, so now I want to disable it. Long story short, I can't disable Plug and Charge. I have both an Android personal phone and an iPhone for work and have my vehicle attached to both phones and neither FordPass app can turn it off. Android has a toggle, I flip the toggle, it spins for ~2 minutes then tells me it failed. On Apple it doesn't even have a toggle which would allow me to turn P&C on or off.

@Ford Motor Company why is FordPass not allowing me to turn this off? Anyone have other tricks to turn this off?

Yes, it is a fact that you cannot get the EA Pass+ rate with Ford's Blue Oval Network, whether using Plug and Charge or not. It is still being "tested".

The one message is clearly showing that the FordPass account that is trying to disable it is NOT the primary account.

One fix for the other phone might be to stop the app, clear the cache, and then reboot the phone. If that doesn't let you disable it, then clear the cache, delete the app, reboot the phone, reinstall the app, and try that.

If that still doesn't work, when at EA, open the EA app. Activate the charger, then plug in when the display screen tells you to. This will stop P&C from being accessed.
