Plug and Charge Not Functioning

I am on FP 5.18.0 and Android 15, still having this issue of unable to toggle P&C to On. Any latest updates/suggestions on how to fix it? Thx

I finally fixed P&C by going into Blue Oval Charging Network under Connected Services and cancelling service. I didn't do anything to my credit card number.
I then reactivated the BOCN. I had to travel to a location with good cell service to get the BOCN to activate. When it activated it fixed my phone.
Ford had no clue and said that an update would fix it.

is credit card info up to date in the P&C of fordpass

The credit card info is upto date, I deleted the card and reentered/confirmed payment method. Also uninstalled and reinstalled Fordpass, still not working.

Go to this website on your computer and select MANAGE at BLUE OVAL CHARGE NETWORK then select CANCEL SERVICE. Move your car to a place with good cell service and go to CONNECTED SERVICES/BLUE OVAL CHARGING NETWORK in Fordpass and activate it.
