Connected Services and Plug and Charge keeps getting turned off

Anyone else having this issue? Don't know if it's the app updating or car updates that arriving OTA but connected services and plug and charge (and this last time Location Settings) keep getting lost or turned off. It's more of a PIA than anything else now that I know what to look for but the first time it was almost an hour on multiple tech support levels to determine the issue.

I gave up on p&c. If your account is still connected it's quicker to just open the ford pass app, click chargers and activate the station from your phone. It will let you use your free balance.

I don't think I even knew that was an option. I ended up setting up and paying for a EA membership when this first started happening and now use that as a back up. I'll have to remember to try that next time that the P&C disappears. Will be interesting to see if it works as it seems to happen because Connected Services are what actually disappears so I'm not sure just using the app would still work.

I have had some OTA updates disable/change one or more of my preferences, including Plug and Charge. Have you gotten an OTA prior to when P&C got disabled? ?‍?

Make sure you're checking the Connected Services via a browser, not the app. Make sure you've registered an active credit card.
