Has anyone experienced the following problem? If connected services are turned off, from the settings menu while in the vehicle, then the system glitches out and won't let you re-enable it?. What happens with me is the a window pops up that says you have to change it in settings to turn it back on, then when I click the settings button on the screen, nothing happens and it won't actually let me turn connected services back on.

The only way I can get connected services back is to do a reset of the whole system.

Does anyone know when this will be fixed or if there is a way to get the system to function as it actually should?

Thanks

Keep trying, there's a known bug where the Connected Services menu won't populate, but it comes back every so often. Apparently it's a server issue.

Yes, eventually it will show up. Keep trying periodically over the next few days.

Kinda wild this hasn't been fixed yet if its server side, is there something they are waiting on?

Who knows, I reported it in May. It's possible 5.1.1 fixes it but I'm still seeing some odd behavior where it initially doesn't want to load. It's my opinion it's a server issue because it breaks for everyone at the same time, but some people may not believe that and think it's a module software thing.

Hello! Could you privately message us with your VIN and the name and location of your Ford dealer so I can look into this concern? Thank you!
