Thank you, have had the car two weeks and after coming back from a short drive the car lost all connectivity. Unfortunately, I reset the app, reset the screen, etc before finding your post. Nothing worked. Then I followed your directions and removed that one power line in the passenger footwell fuse panel. Waited ten seconds and reconnected. Now everything works again. Thanks for the tip on the release tab too. Such an easy fix. Now I know what to do first next time.
been a couple people recently reporting your same or similar experience and pulling that particular fuse or unplugging the battery seems to be the solution.

What is the cause of the issue? A new Ford update? Car losing Wifi connection and spazzing? In one case poster said after charging outside the home? I know with home computers if our Verizon WiFi strength drops off in bad weather, certain apps on our Apple devices get wonky. Sure would like to know the cause of the Vanishing Connected Services. Luckily, I've not had any issue but now that I brought up questions I'll likely see all hell break loose....:)

For us we just parked near a restaurant in a city we hadn’t been to before. The app became locked as the car no longer updated it. We weren’t charging or doing anything but parking nearby. No updates or changes. I feel it was totally random.

I'm not sure anyone has identified the cause.

That will always happen if you park where there’s very weak to no mobile network signal.

Chris, with that cool Trek you have no worries if your MME isn't operating!
Bet it's a fast ride...well depending on the motor (you). Your Trek makes my Ti bike look homely :)
