Fordpass app - Plug & Charge toggle keeps spinning and then error

Trying to enable "Plug & Charge" from fordpass app. It just spins for over a minute and fails with an error message
ideas .. thanks

Restart the phone. If that doesn't work, call Ford.

See that blank date? You need to call Ford and get them to kick the server and get that updated, then Plug and Charge should work.

For me, all of the connected services stuff seems to work one of two ways - by uninstalling and reinstalling the FP app an/or just waiting a day or two because nothing happens instantaneously.
