Almost every morning for the last week we’ve received an alert saying the Mach E is unable to update to the newest software. We haven’t done anything differently. Csr is parked in garage with WiFi on. Any thoughts on trouble shooting?
Thanks

Drive the car for 30-60 minutes. When you get home immediately put the car in park, hit the Update Now button in the software updates menu, follow the directions. Do not go near the car with a fob/PaaK for 30 minutes.

My dealership told me my car disabled the updates due to wifi speed (we have fiber & had been receiving updates) - but it doesn't show that anywhere. Any ideas?

Most (all?) over the air updates for US MMEs to date have been delivered primarily through AT&T wireless connectivity. Your dealer is making stuff up.

You can see your wireless signal strength if you go to the center screen, settings, connectivity, hot spot. You don't have to turn on the optional wifi hotspot subscription... It's just that the signal bar is hidden away on that settings display.
