Update causing Sirius issues

A recent update seemingly initially wiped my preset channels, but most came back on their own just fine. Later, random ones started dropping off, and the buttons for them would say I had no subscription. If I do a manual search for the missing channels, they come up just fine and I'm able to listen to them. I also just noticed that my account profile options are gone. I only have the single profile, and if I try to go into the account to find the others, it says I have no subscription again. Sirius says I'm fine and that nothing is wrong, but obviously the Mach E disagrees. Has anyone come across this or have a fix?

I had one of the problems similiar to one you mentioned. I had a preset that looked normal but would say I didn’t have a subscription. The preset in my wife’s profile worked normally. I ended up manually tuning the channel, then setting it as a preset in the same slot and it worked. I know that’s only one of your issues, but hope it helps.

Thanks. I've done that, and it keeps defaulting back to the no subscription channel. I also can't get to my wife's profile, because the button for that is missing. If I try the account button in settings, I get the No Subscription page again.
