This is a very rare occurrence and actually alerts Ford OTA staff when this happens, they are very proactive about it, if it happens, call the number on the screen like it says and they will help you out.

Ugh, the same thing just happened to me overnight. Dealer where I got the car (Morristown, NJ) said no appointments available until January 9th

Call the number and they will probably force you in ASAP.

Yep , I got 6.6 and the CHG3 update 2 weeks ago and nothing since.

Updates have been paused during the Christmas and New Years holidays. There are very few people at work atm. There won’t be much going on until they return to work and sort through things next week.
