Update to 'New Order Est. Delivery' times - differences by model

I was doing some browsing on the Ford site and saw something new regarding estimated delivery times, by model type:

• Select: 16+ weeks
• Cal. Rte 1: 16+ weeks
• Premium: 24+ weeks
• GT: 28+ weeks (Non-rez orders)

Might account for differences in scheduled build dates, etc.
