Upgrade Select to Comfort/Technology??

Hi,
PLEASE forgive me if this is answered somewhere. I am a total newbie here. I tried searching but couldn't find an answer.
When I test drove my Mach-e, it must have had the comfort and Tech package because I loved a bunch of it's features that I'm discovering are not in the vehicle I took delivery on yesterday. I don't completely blame the inexperienced salesman - I should have researched better.
Anyway, my question is, is there a software upgrade I can buy to give me some of the features included in the Comfort/Tech package? Or can I get that entire package now - after the fact?

Unfortunately, no. The differences are all factory items that aren't available separately or via software.
