I signed it. Doesn't have to be the entire fleet, but most of the local carriers (aka mail men) can't drive more than a few dozen miles a day, right? Seems perfect for electric vehicles. Just throw some solar panels over the huge parking lots I see all of the the mail trucks stored at, with maybe some power packs to store energy for overnight charging, and I'm sure this could save a ton of money on top of the environmental benefits.

I think it's a good idea that they're going electric. After all, why use human's strength when you can have the machines do it for you? Let's take ems tracking for an example. I'm please the tracing service that they provide me. I buy things online all the time so it's crucial for me to know where each package is. I have never lost any parcel since I started using ems tracking. Not ony is the status of my packages updated every three days, the administrators are always ready to help, and I really like it.
