Anyone else have an issue with this? I hit the button for voice assist and nothing. I say ok ford and nothing. i say alexa and nothing. I don't even see alexa in settings if its still on there with its own area (I believe it was at the bottom of settings when i first got the vehicle but its been awhile and cant remember). Siri works when i hold in the voice assist button but that's it.
I have a 2023 select awd. ordered in march 2022 picked up December 31 2022.Just received update 4.2.4 on monday but had this issue before that update. I got the vehicle serviced the friday (10K service aka tire rotation) before the update and they have an open ticket on it but was wondering if anyone else had this issue.
