Hey all I know I don’t have a Mach E but I though I’d ask on here also as there may be more info for my 2021 f150 (I asked on the 14gen site also)
I haven’t used the sync 4 nav for months but I was driving today and when I started the truck. It was -25c today and the there was a notification that’s said gps with a line through it. Strange the gps still worked even tho it had this notification. Anyway when I got to where I was going and was then leaving I started it back up and the notification was gone but I figured I’d make sure the destinations where working. I punched in home and all it did when there was a turn coming etc was it did the bing bing bing sound and no voice. Strange could be associated with the messed up 1.7.1 that has expired I suppose. I’ll check it another day. Anyone had this issue ?
