Voice control turned off

Anyone finding that the voice control "listen for wake word" defaults to turned off?

I had it set to on and until a few days ago I never had to reset it, it was always available to speak to. Now I have to switch it back on every time I start up.

I had it set to on and until a few days ago I never had to reset it, it was always available to speak to. Now I have to switch it back on every time I start up.

I noticed I have a profile setup but sometimes when the car doesn't recognize my phone and I need to type in pass code to get in the car it defaults to guest profile. Is that maybe happening to you it defaulting to a different profile?

Nope. I wondered if it was the profile (even though I hadnt changed it) but my wife and I have our own linked to the fobs, not phone. I deleted my prfile, ensured that listen for wake word was on and saved the profile again but it i s still happening
