Waiting to Charge issue

So, I'm a new Mach E owner and I've noticed that even if I don't have a preferred window, the Mach E just says waiting to charge between two times, when it's already in that time window. As the image of my FordPass. If I hit charge 100% it starts right away, but I dont want it to go to 100% just 90%. Anyone know how to fix this?

To add. I've noticed the app and the car think my home is 2 different addresses (by 1 house) would that make a difference?

First off why is your target charge level 100% if you only wish to go to 90%? I have never used a charge window but I notice it states your charge will be complete at the end of the charge window. I wonder if the charge waits to begin at a time that will have it complete at the end of the window? That seems strange and wrong to me but it does seem odd that the estimated finish time is the exact end of the charge window.

Also I would suggest making any settings in the car and not in the app.

Because of where my garage is is thinks I’m parked at my neighbours

The 100% was because I forced it to charge 100% just to get it going as the predefined 90% wasn't working. The charge window just moves. I've tried factory reseting the FordPass connections between the car and the app. It's charging currently. I guess I'll see tomorrow after driving around if it does the same thing again

Check/change the settings on the car screen, not with the app. They might be different.

They do read the same, but I agree I'm going try just using the car to setup the times etc. Not try and comlocate it with my app. See what happens
