Walk up light feature 23 mach e 4x

After a recent upgrade and voltage drop error at the dealer, the walk up lighting feature no longer works. They can't seem to fix it. My car has the pony lights and the regular lights that come on when I approach it , but that stopped working after the four dealer did the update. any thoughts?

I'd make sure the setting didn't get turned off.

I turned mine off after a week, I aften walk my dog and it would wake up, turn on the lights, unfold the mirrors at least twice during the walk...
