When do my free KW expire?

I've had my car since 4/2021. It came with 250 kw of free charging at EA. Since I charge mostly at home I seldom use it and still have 128 kw of power.

So, I looked at the Ford site (see below) and it says that my "Free trial" expires on 4/27/2023. However, under the complimentary KW the expiration says --/--/-- which implies that the complimentary kw don't expire.

So, which is it?

I think it expires with your trial. It might extend if you start paying for it though.

They expire 3 years after purchase. Complimentary access to the BlueOval network is good for 2 years. What happens in year 3 no one knows yet.
