Where did light mode go?

do you still have the lightbulb in the upper right corner (next to search) ? Does it change when you click on it?

It’s broken for you. Sounds like a familiar topic. by using the search tool you could see if others had a similar experience. It’s right next to the little lightbulb at the top.

As a test, clear your browser cache, and then try again...

Edit: Another option, test via Incognito mode, and see what happens.

It doesn't change.

I just tried on mine and it switched between modes as it should. I guess the only other thing maybe is to clear your cookies, maybe even log in and log out of the forum and see if that works, but you've probably already tried that. BTW, I'm running on chrome

this is going to sound really dumb, but could it be tied to your IP address?

So I tried a bunch of things, nothing worked. Both my Android phone and tablet stayed dark, except when logged out. Toggle did not work.

Signed in on my desktop this morning. It was dark also. Toggle worked. Opened phone, refreshed, and it's now light.

So, something was clearly "stuck" in my profile (I never use dark mode) and the desktop "unstuck" it. Like hitting the side of the vending machine...
