Go into FordPass on your phone. Click "Service", and then "Reference Guide" for owners manual. In the vehicle click upper left icon that looks like a small "House". Then lower right "Owners Manual"

The button is there, but it says it’s not there says it doesn’t exist

FWIW:
Got the 4.1.2 interface update two days ago. Pressing the button brings up the manual.
