Haha, yes anvil in the ocean is about the right analogy for Taycan depreciation. That's one of the reasons I only went 4S instead of the higher trims. It's plenty fast and I'll keep it for 4-5 yrs, so I'm not super focused on resale yet.
Funny, I had been waiting for an EV version of the Macan all these years.

Facebook Marketplace has been my go-to for a few years now. It has supplanted Craigslist as the dominant free classifieds site. You see everything from $100K to $1K vehicles for sale there.
But how do you deal with the absolute stupidity of the average Facebook user and the people that respond to your ad? Or are you mostly focusing on the group?

I have sold two cars in the general FB marketplace. Just like any online listing, I received plenty of "is this available" inquiries that went nowhere, and people who ghosted after several messages, a handful of scammers (though never near as bad as what I used to get on Craigslist), but I also received tons of legitimate interest and sold both cars in a day for thousands more than the best CarMax or Carvana offers.

I don't think Facebook users are any dumber on average than the general public, though that's more of a comment on the general public than Facebook. ?

Used Mach-E prices continue in the US to be high enough that buying new is a better deal. This after a quick online search. If someone is seriously interested in selling do a Seattle area search in prices. It may be high enough to cover the costs and inconvenience.

We sold ours back to Ford but that was before the Market crashed! I still get offers from Carvana but for less than half of what we got for it!! At the time we sold I had an offer from Vroom for $49k but Ford actually beat their offer!

I found a buyer via Facebook marketplace -- not the MachE specific group, just general Facebook marketplace.
A couple of weird replies that wanted to offer 30% less for a cash deal today, but otherwise pretty good conversation until I found someone who recognized the value and made an offer -- I accepted.

Seems like the new Cargurus is to list on Facebook marketplace. Good luck everyone and I'll miss being on this forum.
