Interesting this. You presumably got this notification on "your account" pages. I have just been onto my account and there is NO mention of this new subscription. If they keep removing features of the car's operation that are free at the moment to "chargeable" ones via the useless FP app then we will soon be getting charged to unlock the car and drive it away.

It might be due to the newer version of SYNC (v22228 Rev 539 aka the Alexa update) that I am currently running, or it could be that it’s a MY22 and onwards thing)

Actually - thinking about it I think the “Ford Secure”, “Ford Streaming”, and “Alexa Built In” tiles all became available after 22228 went on.
