Hey Folks,

I had the HVJB recall completed on my MME Premium 4x nearly a month ago on January 12, yet for some reason this recall is still showing as "not completed" when I login to my account on Fords website.

On that same day I also had both CSP's completed as well, for the parking brake connector, and charge port stuck, but they also show as incomplete.

Any idea why this would not already be updated on my account nearly a month after it's been completed?

Your dealer is slow entering the data after completing the recall. Give them a call or stop by and ask them about it.

I experienced a delay in the recordkeeping when I had the windshield and panoramic roof reseal recall done. It took about a month before the dealership completed the data entry. Agree with @nvabill - just give your service advisor a call.

I had the HVBJB recall done, along with the 20K service and other minor recalls in January (I dropped the car off for just under two weeks while we were out of town).

Got back, all the work was completed.

But...FordPass showed that I still needed the 20K and HVBJB replacement to be done.

Contacted my service guy, he said they'd filed the info with Ford, Ford is behind on their updates, give it time.

Another week passed, and I'm getting another notification about scheduling that 20K service and the HVBJB recall is still pending.

So, it may be Ford's fault, not your dealers. Or, it may be my dealer's fault, not Ford's! Or maybe a bit of both.

Same here: Jan 23 HVBJB recall and no sign of it in Fordpass or Ford owner web site.

When my dealer performed the recall in mid-January, they filed everything the same day I picked up the car. By the next morning, everything was gone from my FordPass app.

I think there's a minimum of a 24–48-hour delay between the work being done and the systems being updated.

A lot of dealers/manufacturers still use older systems, batch processing and things are not instantaneous as one would like.

It took ~72 hours for it to show-up after mine was completed.

Indeed, as my service advisor advised me. At least. Mine's in week 3.

Not my dealer. Got our '21 job 2 car delivered in April '22 (oh the glory days of chip shortages and whatnot). When they got it in, it took a very long time to apply all the required updates, but they had all the equipment and training. This last time I brought it in, and even though I hadn't gotten the "it's your turn" notice for the HVBJB recall, they did it anyway.

It took ~72 hours for it to show-up after mine was completed.
Happy for you! 3 weeks so far, no update on the Ford Corporate side here. 🤔 That said, not terribly worried, I know the work was done, it's just another "what up, Ford?" thing.

Dealer may not have entered it into the system correctly.
I had the windshield and sunroof recall done in November 2023. The windshield recall went away a couple weeks later but the sunroof recall still shows not complete 2 months later.
I brought my car in for the HVBJB recall late January, told them about the sunroof recall still showing pending. They said they must've not entered it into the system correctly and will try it again.
Today (roughly 2 weeks after the HVBJB recall was done), my car now shows as all recalls complete. So I guess they tried again and the 2nd time they entered the sunroof recall work properly.

Call your service advisor and asked them to check and maybe reenter the recall work info into their system.

Hmm, NHTSI is still showing the HVBJB recall on my car as well (had it replaced a while ago). Will have to follow up. Thanks for the post (as a reminder).

Called Ford customer support today, told them that my recent service session wasn't reflected in the FordPass app or ford.com. The agent said she was going to call my dealership.

After a while, I got a call from one of the service advisors, who said their reporting system had been down, and it took them a while to figure that out. It got sent today, she said it should show up in FordPass tomorrow.

Anyone want to bet on that? 🎲 I've got my 🤞
