Wifi Hotspot / modem settings

Hi everyone
I have issues with the Wifi Hotspot and was advised by Vodafone that some modem settings should be change to allow internet connection
“Thank you for contacting us about your account. The APN on the modem is now limited to FORD connections only. Please contact FORD support and ask them to change the APN to acf.internet.uk.ott to allow a Vodafone connection. If you have any further issues, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you “
Ford customer services told me i would need to bring the car to a ford dealer.
Is there another way to get the settings changed ?
Anyone else with the same problem?

Open a web browser and type http://192.168.0.1 into the web address field. 3. Log in to the modem's settings interface (Modem GUI) using your Admin Username and Admin Password. Note that these are different from your wireless network name (SSID) and WiFi password (security key).
