Windshield recall recommendations and feedback (Sunrise Ford)

For convenience, I bought my MachE at a dealership that was 1.5 mile away from my home.
It turns out the dealership is not big enough and still doesn't have the parts to perform the recall repair.
After speaking with a very efficient Ford customer service representative, I was able to secure an appointment for that repair at another dealership 15 miles away.
Namely Sunrise Ford in North Hollywood.
After reading and looking at the horror stories about botched windshield repairs on Mach E, I was wondering if anybody who had their recall done there could share their experience and suggestions.

I'm ignoring the recalls for now.

I am interested as well to hear if anyone has had the recall work done and not had any issues.

I'm currently holding off, the only thing pressuring me to get it done soon is to get the customer satisfaction software update thing while it's in.
