Windshield Recall Taking Way Too Long

What makes you think Ford will reimburse you for a monthly car payment? This is not part of the recall guarantee, is it? They had my car for over 4 weeks and covered the cost of a rental while it was in their shop, which I thought was right... but a payment reimbursement seems like a stretch.

My payment reimbursement was not for the recall - It was for a defective drive motor, that took Ford 6 weeks to fix......ie....I didn't have my car for six weeks. I do not think its a stretch to ask Ford to make the car payment for a car that they have in their possession, and the owner cannot use. Ford obviously agreed with me, as I did get a little less than $1000 dollars on a Ford debit card .
