The rear works. It’s the front windshield that I have a problem with. The lines are connected to the spray model behind the wipers. I can’t see the hose beyond that without taking all the panels off. I’m just wondering if anyone has had the same issue and how difficult to get to the reservoir tank?
Sorry I misread your post. Hold the sprayer for a long time and then go outside and look. Is there fluid running down the front of the car from the front camera sprayer? Or do you see fluid dripping under the car?

The frunk panels are not complicated to remove, it just takes some persistence. Start with the middle one below the windshield and then remove the driver's side one. Get your fingers as close as possible to each clip and then pull upwards in a good yank. There are videos on the forum about removing frunk panels if you want to search.
