I use Nokian Hakkapeliitta R3s. They've worn quite slowly compared to other winter tires I've used, ride quiet, and are actually relatively cheap. They make both a car and SUV version of the R3, if memory serves. It's my preferred tire brand now since they also make summers targeted at EVs.

They also have the best treadwear indicators I've ever seen, with multiple numbers to indicate tread life and symbols that disappear when, say, your hydroplaning resistance or deep snow performance fade. Helps you make sensible tire choices.

Dont think they make them the same size as MME Premiums 225/55R19 (checked discount tires)

Anyone have an idea what the Ford part number is for the 18" wheels? All I could find is what appears to be the aero covers (1130).

I prefer to go with a second set of wheels for my winter tires and the 18" wheels would save some money on the tires (like $15 a tire) compared to the 19" wheels.

I loved my Hakka R2s but it's gonna be pretty hard for me to justify going with them again when everyone's raving about the new way cheaper Continental VikingContacts.

Only found the Continental VikingContact in the 225/55R18 size. Not 19. Though I do like the idea of getting a whole second set of wheels and tires for winter.

Hm, not sure what I'm gonna do then. I really want the bolt pattern to be published so I see how viable junkyard wheels would be (as sacrilegious as it would be to put beatup GMC wheels on it or whatever lol).

I think for the 18 wheels you would go to 225/60 R18 to keep the OD the same and not mess with your odometer/speedometer

Aftermarket wheels are going to be a whole lot cheaper than the OEM 18” option.

Totally agree, just curious to see what they are and what they cost.

I really just want confirmation on the bolt pattern and offset so I can get winter wheels and tires ready for when the car arrives. I was originally planning to downsize to 18” for winter, but the Mach-E really does look a lot better with 19”, so I’m still undecided.

Thanks! I know people asked about the offset so this is from the description:

5-spoke Y design, Carbonized Grey

7J x 18", offset 47.5, for tyres 225/60 R18

We're getting closer. Now we just need the bolt pattern.
