Wireless connection and mobile app

I have a 2022 Mach E GT . Can’t hook up to wireless router. Punching every thing in correctly. Get retry or cancel. Also mobile app off or on whited out.
Owned for one week. Tech chat had me on hold for 45 minutes then froze

What wireless router do you have? is it updated with latest software? Did you try unplugging it for a few minutes to reset it?

The other thing you may want to try is go in router settings and whitelist or enable mdm9650-tcu and SYNC both are the devices from the Mustang that use the wifi.

How's the reception where you have the car to the wireless router?

Give this a go, turn on the wireless hotspot on your phone, and make the mach-e connect to the phone, that will rule out any reception issues. If that doesn't work, I'd say somethings up with the Wifi module on the mach-e.

A lot of things can be a factor if your router isn't letting you connect, depending on what router and how secure it's setup, it's possible it has a whitelist of clients that are even allowed to connect (though to be fair if it's stock I doubt this is the case).

I rebooted has latest software update netgear. Going to let dealer figure it out
