After 14 months of waiting to get our Mach E, we’re going a different route. We test drove the Mach E and liked it. But, before committing that much money, my wife wanted to confirm it was the right choice by test driving a Tesla Model 3 for comparison. We’ve ordered the Model 3 and it looks like, with the new Mach E delay, that we might get it before the Mach E comes in.
I’m posting this for 3 reasons:
1). The MachE is an AMAZING car! My wife just realized she wanted a sedan and not a crossover. She’d rather own a Ford than a Tesla, but it is what it is.
2). I wanted to say thank you to everyone on this forum. I have learned so much from all of you, about the MachE and EVs in general. This has made waiting through this horrible pandemic almost tolerable and I appreciate you all.
3). A big shout out to Bowen Scarff and Brandon in Kent, Wa. This is the dealer we were going through. Brandon has been in constant contact with me regarding our order, new information that he got in on it, and just general amazing customer service. While we’re excited to get the Tesla, I really hope to buy from Brandon in the future, as he has made the shopping experience great.
I’m going to stay on the forum to keep learning from all of you, so hope the Tesla Badge doesn’t bar entry. I’m not (nor planning on ever being) a Tesla fanboy. Just an EV fanboy. ?
