I wish Android Auto could take real-time data regarding range and the charging network to plan routes including necessary charging stops.

That would require AA to be able to query information from the car (battery state, range estimate, etc.).

At the moment I don't think either AA or Apple Carplay can get any information from the vehicle--its just a "screen projection".

I'm pretty sure that both AA can get info from the vehicle, not sure about Carplay. AA can use car's GPS if made available by the car's infotainment, and I believe has further capabilities if the infotainment allows.

Actually just looking into it and Carplay said that car GPS is required for Wireless Carplay...

I wish they offered dark headliner. I had black headliner on my Lincoln MKC, loved it. Just noticed in picture that @trutolife27 posted that the light headliner shows through the driver door window. It's somewhat distracting. Hope tinting can cover that up.
