Southern Oregon, Northern California I-5. Very frustrating, but thankfully there are lots of Tesla chargers that always work, and charge faster. No.more EA if I can avoid them.
That's funny, I've driven 2000 miles in mine up and down I5 and 101 in the past month and never had an issue with an EA charger.

Electrify America continues to suck. 5 years of this and no better. 350 starts charging at 100 then 5 minutes later charging at 9. Moved to a Tesla charger (1 of 10 in a very small town) and worked like a charm - as usual.
Here is a typical EA charger stop

Sounds like an issue at that location. You can report it.
I used to call EA support and report the broken chargers, but after going back 3-4 weeks later to multiple different chargers that I reported and they were still broken. I stopped calling.
On one of the last calls I made to EA support I asked the lady how many calls does she get reporting broken chargers, her answer........"All day, everyday"

Seems like the whole station is down. It’s more annoying to me when chargers are broken and the 1-2 working chargers are already in use.

I’ve actually had pretty good luck with Electrify America in California. Once I pulled up and they were just being taken down for service but the nice service person said it was only a few minutes and would start charging my car early in the service time. I try them over Tesla since I try to boycott megalomaniacs.

EA holds title of the most criticized charging brand :)

I drove a lot across California. I went to NV and AZ. I use EA only if Tesla SCs are not available or overcrowded so no drama from me.
I believe EA sites usually holds small number of chargers: 4-8 and when 1-2 chargers out of order it creates a drama. Unlike EA, Tesla usually builds 12-16 stalls minimum so when 1-2 chargers down not many of s would notice it. I experienced errors with Tesla SCs chargers, but moving to another stall solved this problem and I successfully charged at every location I needed.

It was only 2 times (both happened this year) when I had to abandon my plan to charge at Tesla:
1. Total power off at exit located real estate.
2. Too many cars at 20 stalls location.

I just completed a road trip from Los Angeles to Berkeley along the I-5. It has been about a year since my last trip and the growth of DCFC options is astounding. While EA has not grown that much, there are now several Rivian Adventure Network stations open (Buttonwillow, Firebaugh, Santa Nella) as well as of course Tesla Superchargers. Firebaugh is a great example. There used to be only 6 EA stalls. Now there are also 8 Rivian AN stalls as well as 56 Tesla Supercharger stalls. Other than on the most popular holiday weekends, I doubt I would have any trouble charging on a road trip along this route.

And I see that Ionna has two rechargery locations under construction, one in Coalinga and the other in Livermore.
