Reviewing Electrify America

Morning. I rely on reviews of Electrify America chargers through Plug Share. However, I was not able to review an Electrify America charger yesterday. I could not check in. Is anyone else having a problem reviewing in Plug Share? Is there a better or up to date app to view recent reviewed chargers? Thanks!

Secondly, which EA station are you seeing? I always just use the PlugShare app to rate chargers. I hadn't even heard of using PlugShare through the FordPass app.

I tried to check in at one at a Sheetz in Ohio. The station wouldn't come up. I hadn't heard about using fordpass either but it did work.

Are you talking about "activating" a charger (starting a charging session) or a check-in (reporting the status of a station on PlugShare)? These are two separate and independent things.

No. I was charging and wanted to "check in" on plug share and leave a comment about the station I was using. I was able to do so through fordpass (today because someone commented I could) but, for some reason, not through plug share app.

I always leave reviews in PlugShare just fine, and I use FordPass at EA.

The address is 7777 Reynolds Rd. Mentor, Ohio 44060. It's a Sheetz there with 4 EA stalls but if I type the address in on Plug Share they don't show up.
