To be clear, between 0 - 10K miles, no "service" is needed on a MachE, right?
I do change the cabin filter yearly. But, that is it. Anyting else I should be doing?

I think it's written as 10K miles or one year, whichever comes first.

You should rotate your tires every 5000 miles for longevity

It’s due once a year minimum no matter what the mileage is.

Maybe refer to your owner manual. I don't know if they've changed anything for 2025 models but my 2024 manual has a link to the Ford website that actually provides the maintenance schedule per your VIN (the maintenance schedule does not appear in the manual). There are also periodic inspection points, monthly and at six month intervals, for normal stuff. For my vehicle, and from what I've read in this forum, the maintenance schedule for Mach-e's runs in 10K mile intervals, not time intervals. That said, one year intervals is not a bad idea if you have high mileage or live/drive in a harsh environment. And be sure to keep up on your oil changes! As Ford recommends, for my vehicle:
